Custom spots will open up on the first of each month, space is limited. To reserve your spot you will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $50. this will be applied to your total.

Please see the custom terms below along with all the information you will need. 

+one week of communication is given to complete the design process. if this time-frame is not met, I will no longer accept your custom.

+there is a design fee of $20 that will be added to your total. This covers the back-and-forth conversations we have.

+communication will be done via email Only

+I will not copy other artists work, you can choose one of my past designs or something sweet and simple, showcasing the stone you selected.

+I will work with my stones only, I would hate to have anything happen to a precious family heirloom.

+in the case that the stone you selected is damaged during setting, you will be offered a different and similar stone at a discounted rate of 10% off.

+after the design consultation has been approved you are required to pay in full, on my website, before I start on your custom item. you are given 48 hours for full payment before the custom will be cancelled. once we have agreed and payment has been made, I will not accept changes.

+no refunds

+you will be responsible for shipping and tax

+the time frame for your piece will vary depending on style/design but I aim for approximately 4-6 weeks from the date your custom has been agreed upon.

remembrance pieces

HONOR YOUR LOVED ONE WITH A PIECE OF JEWELRY YOU CAN WEAR FOREVER. THE REMEMBRANCE PIECES FEATURE A BEAUTIFUL STONE OF YOUR CHOICE WITH HAIR OR ASHES SET UNDERNEATH. ONLY A VERY SMALL AMOUNT IS NEEDED.

If purchasing a remembrance piece, you will need to mail me your item of remembrance. I am not held liable in the case your package gets lost. I recommend purchasing insurance and tracking to allow a safe delivery. You will have one week to send me your item. You must agree to all terms listed above.
